Yangzhou Pacific Special Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) which is a subsidiary of CITIC Pacific Special Steel Holdings, is a modern enterprise integrating steel raw material and logistics, and is located in Jiangdu Economic Development Zone of Yangzhou, a beautiful historical city. The Company covers an area of more than 1,700 mu, with total assets of RMB 2.9 billion, and integrates three major parts: High-grade oxidized pellets, high-grade concentrate production and logistics hub. In addition, it has two production lines with an annual output of 3 million tons of medium-grade and high-grade oxidized pellets, a mineral processing line with an annual output of 3 million tons of high-grade fine powder and a dock on the Yangtze river with an annual handling capacity of up to 20 million tons which can provide material transfer business.

 Yangzhou Pacific Wharf is located in the development zone along the Yangtze River in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a public wharf with two 100,000-ton berths with the length of 573m and platform width of 28m. In addition, it is equipped with two 2000T/H ship unloaders and two 3000T/H ship loaders with the annual handling capacity of 20 million tons.

 Comprehensive raw material storage yard is equipped at the rear of the wharf, which covers an area of about 300,000m² and can store about 1.5 million tons of mineral powder, pellets and other materials.
