Parameters of rotary kilns and oxidized pellets

The Company can produce pellets of different quality according to customers’ specific requirements, including acid oxidized pellet with diameter of 8-16mm, uniform granularity, iron content of over 63%, high stability rate, ferrous content less than 1% and compressive strength equal to or greater than 2300 N/ ball, and without powder. The finished pellets have good reduction performance, low reduction pulverization, small reduction expansion, high initial melting temperature, narrow melting range, and excellent high temperature metallurgical performance, and are high-quality raw materials for blast furnace process. What is more, the alkaline oxidized pellets can also be produced according to user’s requirements, with a grade of more than 60%. The coke ratio of blast furnace decreases greatly and the iron output increases obviously. 

With total investment of RMB 850 million, Yangzhou Pacific Wharf owns two 100,000-ton berths, with a total length of 573m and a width of 28m, and an annual handling capacity of 20 million tons. It is the largest Yangtze River Port in Yangzhou City. In addition, it is equipped with two ship unloaders with the handling capacity of 2000T/H and two ship loaders with the annual handling capacity of 3000T/H. Comprehensive raw material storage yard is equipped at the rear of the wharf, which covers an area of about 300,000m² and can store about 1.5 million tons of coal, mineral powder, pellets and other materials.
